“You taught me humility, that no matter how rich and successful I get, I shouldn’t change, thank God you gave birth to me” – Davido hails father

 Davido made a recent tribute to his father, the Nigerian singer better known by his stage name Davido.

Davido explained that he is also thanking the most high God that his father birthed him.

On his Instagram story, he posted an image of his father along with a few words.

According to Davido, he constantly gives thanks to God for his father's role in his birth.

He went on to say that he had learned from his father, among other things, that no matter how wealthy you are, you shouldn't let that change who you are.

In his word: “I wake up everyday thanking God that you gave birth to me. You taught me Humility and hardwork, and I appreciate you for these things. We thank you for everything.”
