Taking to social media the popular Nollywood actress Tonto Dike had to express how she felt each time strangers, people she doesn't know kept asking her for job and for her to use her connection to get jobs for them.
According to the post she made on her Instagram handle the sweet mother of one made it known that helping a total stranger like that is mostly dangerous or even so risky for her because what if everything takes another turn.
She made it clear that in any case that the stranger she connected for work commits a crime that the blames will be directed to her because she was the one who gave the recommendation.
She wrote;
“I still don’t understand this concept
Maybe I am over thinking this or I am not thinking rationally
BUT how can a total stranger Dm you to help them look for a job, now first it’s ok if I know you to an exten
But a total stranger asking me to use my connections to get you a job, I don’t know your background.. you may go and commit a crime(you cld steal,k&ll,Dupe,plan a k&dnap and the list goes on).
Who do you think they will HOLD?

This brought about argument between her and her fans many were saying that people should ask her share to them the source of income not begging for money.
Reacting to this, the actress stressed that it was important to ask for a job from people who could hold them accountable and not just random strangers.
